The Haws float is rolling. Catch the beads with the yellow umbrella.
The Krewe of Haws float rolls across the top of the street, with Haws as grand marshal, tossing throws. Move the yellow umbrella along the bottom to catch beads for 1 point, doubloons for 2, Haws Bucks for 3 and the rare mystery pineapple for 5. A gold Suit up! throw widens the umbrella for 6 seconds. Dodge the slaps: 5 slaps ends the round. Each round lasts 45 seconds.

Based on a true story. Mostly.
Kids, it was 10/10/26 in New Orleans. I was in the middle of a second line, minding my own business, when I saw a guy in aviators striking a Barney-level pose. Naturally, I shouted “LEGENDARY!” at a volume I still can’t explain. Somebody yelled “Suit up!” and, somehow, we all did. And that, kids, is how I met Haws.
